Sheryl Hicks-Kelly
Sheryl Hicks-Kelly is the compassionate and creative force behind SK Funeral Concierge Service LLC, where creativity, compassion, and personal service come together to help families honor the lives of those they love.
Sheryl's journey began from a deeply personal place. In 1992, following the passing of her beloved sister, Valarie, Sheryl created a special memorial program as a heartfelt tribute to her life. What began as an expression of love soon revealed a gift and a calling—creating meaningful keepsakes that tell a person's story and preserve their memory for generations.
Over the years, family members and friends began turning to Sheryl to create personalized memorial programs for their loved ones. Each request strengthened her desire to provide families with something more than a traditional program—she wanted to create a lasting reflection of the life, personality, love, and legacy of the person being remembered.
When Sheryl's mother, Sarah Poole-Myrick, passed away in 2002, that calling became even more profound. Creating a beautiful and meaningful tribute for her mother reinforced Sheryl's commitment to helping other families navigate one of life's most difficult moments with dignity, compassion, and care.
In May 2021, SK Funeral Concierge Service officially emerged, transforming Sheryl's years of heartfelt service into a business dedicated to serving families and funeral professionals.
Today, Sheryl brings a personal touch to every project. Through custom-designed memorial programs, keepsakes, and personalized funeral products, she works to ensure that each creation uniquely reflects the individual being honored.
For Sheryl, this work is more than designing and printing—it is a ministry of service, love, and remembrance.
Her mission is simple yet deeply meaningful:
To help families celebrate the life, preserve the memories, and honor the legacy of their loved ones—one beautiful tribute at a time.
